Who provides these services

Salud Integral (saludintegral.site) is a project of Tatiana Fait Shaw, based in Costa Rica. You can reach me at terapiaholisticacr@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +506 7221-2372. By using this site, booking a session or buying a digital product, you agree to these terms.

What I offer

Salud Integral offers educational tools and complementary wellbeing support. It does not provide diagnoses, does not prescribe treatments and does not replace professional medical or psychological care. If you have a health condition, talk to your health professional before changing your treatment. In an emergency, go to a health service.

Specific results are not guaranteed: changes depend on each person and on their consistency.

Online sessions

• Format. Sessions are one-on-one, 45 minutes and 100% online, through Google Meet. You need an internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone.
• Access link. You will receive the link to join 30 minutes before the session.
• Price and payment. The current price is the one shown on the One-on-one session page. Payment is made in advance to confirm and reserve the session and is arranged on WhatsApp (in Costa Rica: SINPE Móvil, debit or credit card, or PayPal).
• Rescheduling or cancelling. Write on WhatsApp or by email as early as possible. Each request is reviewed and answered in writing.

Digital products

The digital products of Salud Integral are Your Habit Map, My Digestive Garden and My Balance Map. The current price of each is the one shown on its page at the time of purchase. They are for personal use and for educational and personal-support purposes; they are not a psychological test or a clinical assessment.

• Your Habit Map. A questionnaire whose result is a personalized PDF. It is paid with PayPal. To enter the questionnaire, the site confirms your payment using the transaction number on your PayPal receipt.
• My Digestive Garden. An interactive experience that ends in a personalized PDF; both are part of what you buy. It is paid with PayPal only.
• My Balance Map. Paid with the PayPal button on its page. The PDF workbook generator is activated once the payment is confirmed.
• Your PDF. Your answers are processed on your device and the PDF is created there; Salud Integral does not keep a copy. Download and save it when you finish.

Payments and access

PayPal payments are made on PayPal's platform, where its terms, fees and exchange rates apply. Prices are in US dollars (USD) unless an amount in colones (₡) is shown.

Returning to a thank-you page after paying is not, by itself, proof of payment: access to a product is activated when the payment is confirmed. Access may be limited in time and in the number of entries, to prevent it from being shared. If a payment is refunded or reversed, the access linked to that payment is deactivated. Keep your payment receipt.

Cancellations and refunds

To request a cancellation, a reschedule or a refund, write to terapiaholisticacr@gmail.com or on WhatsApp with your name, the date and method of payment, and the reason. Each request is reviewed and answered in writing. When a refund of a PayPal payment applies, it is processed through PayPal.

Intellectual property

The texts, images, illustrations, designs, PDFs, interactive tools and other content of this site belong to Tatiana Fait Shaw / Salud Integral unless stated otherwise. When you buy a digital product you receive personal use; you may not copy, resell or publish it, or share your access with others, without written permission. Book titles and covers belong to their respective owners.

Appropriate use of the site

Please use the site in good faith: do not try to reach protected areas without having paid, do not overload or interfere with its operation, and do not use it for unlawful purposes.

Third-party services and links

The site uses or links to third-party services such as PayPal, Google Meet, MailerLite, follow.it, WhatsApp, Cloudflare, Payhip (online course) and Amazon (books). Each is governed by its own terms and policies; I do not control their availability or content.

Limitation of liability

I do my best to keep the site and tools available and correct, but I do not guarantee they will run without interruptions or errors. You are responsible for the decisions you make about your health and wellbeing. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or its tools. Nothing here limits the rights that the law grants to consumers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica.

If these terms change, they will be posted here with their new date. Purchases already made are governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase.
